ATS and Jason Ohler Present Online Learning Workshop to the School of Nursing

On Tuesday, Jan. 10th,  Jason Ohler, Scott Christian and Sam Williams facilitated a workshop for the UP School of Nursing focusing on Online Learning and Teaching.   Prior to the workshop, we built a moodle course with research articles and instructional media.  Topics included: Instructional Design and Strategies to Achieve Student Learning Outcomes Online and Enhancing the Quality of Hybrid and Online courses.   There was a lively conversation about teaching and learning.   Each faculty left with an action plan to revise/change one unit of instruction, activity or course based on the learning from the workshop.    The SON faculty are the Portland Trailblazers.   :)
